Camp Application Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all applications for participation in camps submitted via the website Uznometni.lv (the "Platform"), operated by SIA "Nuvilo", a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Latvia (the "Platform Operator", "we", "us").

Uznometni.lv is a platform that provides a technical solution for independent camp organisers.

By registering for participation in a specific camp, the agreement for participation in the camp is concluded directly between the participant's legal representative and the relevant camp organiser.

SIA "Nuvilo" provides only the platform service and is not the provider of camp services.

These Terms are intended to provide clear information regarding the application process for camps offered via the Uznometni.lv Platform.

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, to the extent such right is applicable under consumer protection laws, taking into account that the service is related to a specific time period.
  • No refund is granted if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the camp, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Camp Rules and Safety

5.1. Camp rules, participation requirements, safety measures and behavioural standards are determined by the respective camp organiser.

5.2. The participant's legal representative is responsible for familiarising themselves with the organiser's rules and ensuring their compliance.

5.3. Any decisions regarding a participant's behaviour, safety measures or exclusion from the camp are made solely by the camp organiser in accordance with its internal rules.

6. Personal Data

6.1. Personal data processed as part of the application is processed by the camp organiser as the data controller.

The Platform Operator acts as a data processor on behalf of the camp organiser.

6.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform Operator's Privacy Policy, as well as the privacy terms of the respective camp organiser.

7. Liability

7.1. The respective camp organiser is fully responsible for the organisation, quality, safety and all operational aspects of the camp.

7.2. The Platform Operator shall not be liable for any losses, injuries or claims arising from the services provided by the camp organiser.

7.3. The Platform Operator provides only a technical platform service and is not responsible for the actual conduct of the camp, its programme, supervision or safety arrangements.

8. Changes and Cancellation by the Organiser

8.1. The camp organiser has the right to change the camp dates, location or to cancel the camp in accordance with its own terms and applicable laws.
